I want to personally thank you for the wonderful job you did in constructing our Milford Grotto Pizza Restaurant. From my past experiences with our construction projects, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism that you and your crew brought to the project. It was a breath of fresh air for me to have a project go so smoothly and with great results. You are now a part of my Grotto Pizza family and look forward to other projects with you in the future.

We would like to express our appreciation for the service you and your team members rendered to our church during the construction of our new worship facility. Your concern for detail and desire to please us, your client, were commendable. It was refreshing to work with someone who shares the same faith and understanding of the purpose of the building and worked to that end.

Your company and employees treated us great every step of the way. From the day I met you and Steve to stake the house out, to the first day Derek and his crew showed up to start framing, to Mike and his crew doing trim, to John finishing the punch list, it went very smoothly. You and your staff were very patient and so willing to work with us when we wanted to make changes. When we received our Certificate of Occupancy on April 25, 2007 (before the time you originally stated) we were overly impressed.

Brendon, you and your staff are the best... bar none! Your ability to work with us through a couple of snags, not of your doing, was a testament of your experience and business skills that are lacking in many of today's business owners and their staff. We have received and continue to receive compliments on our building design and construction from our peers and the public. Finally, the best part, we came in under budget!!! You never hear that when building anything, from a dog house to a house, it rarely happens. Thank you for everything.

The craftsmanship of the Warfel team is evident throughout the finished project. Steve in particular was tremendously helpful in explaining different options, asking for our input, and helping to implement any changes. His commitment to seeing that every issue got addressed successfully was outstanding, from start to finish. Your whole team is talented, dedicated and highly principled.
